Calm is a super power

Good morning everyone!

After thinking about the feedback I got yesterday from some of you, I went to google and found a way to make a submissions form. By using this form, you can easily send me any artwork with just a few clicks. All you need to do is type in your name, upload the image, and hit submit! I will post the link to this form at the end of today's post, and on the school story on ClassDojo.

Today's color of the day is amaranth. Amaranth is a color that would be classified as a 'jewel tone', along with ruby red, sapphire blue, and emerald green. Jewel tones are very luxurious looking, and can really make something stand out!

Here's my doodle today! I'm having a bit of an artists block, so I stuck to the basics.

Today we are going to be exploring zentangles!

Step 1: Draw many big circles that overlap!

Now, listen to the instructions carefully! Follow them step by step to make your zentangles! Use any drawing material you may have!

Pay attention to some of the examples they show! You can choose to follow along with the project, or try to create an image using zentangle drawing, such as a heart, dog, sun, or anything you can imagine!
