There are so many changes happening now, it can be overwhelming. Though things may be slowly starting to open for the summer, we still need to be careful and take care of one another. Remember, when an animal adapts to it's environment, it can take years for these adaptations to fully form. When brownies bake in the oven, we have to wait for them to cook all the way through, or they will still be liquid in the middle.

It can be hard to be patient, but change often happens slowly. When you make art today, please take your time and reflect on your feelings to help fuel your creativity!
